30-Day Return Policy If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Warranty All batteries carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults with the cells, BMS, or connectors under normal use. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, water exposure, or physical impact.
