Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unused and undamaged
In its original packaging
With all original labels and accessories, where applicable
Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

For damaged items, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods

Exchanges

The easiest way to receive a different product is to return the item you purchased, subject to our return conditions, and then place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

For orders delivered to customers in the European Union, consumers generally have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory exceptions.

This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Returned products must be handled and returned in accordance with applicable law. Certain products or circumstances may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
